Prime Cyprus Taxi lists/ cites the following terms and conditions which are valid and applied for every booking.
Booking
Clients and interested individuals have the ability of booking online through our website or through the phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival or departure.
In case of a phone booking, interested individuals and clients are requested to mention/ provide all the necessary information, such as: full name, pick-up time, phone number, pieces (/number) of luggage.
In case there is child (under the age of four) and for providing you with a child safety seat, please inform our company accordingly/ upon your booking.
Payment
Interested/ Perspective clients may/ can choose any of the following ways for payment purposes:
- Cash (on destination) to the driver.
- Visa payment to the driver
- PayPal (in advance payment)
Cancellation / Cancelling
In case of cancelling an electronic or phone booking which has already been paid the total amount is returned if the cancellation takes place at least 12 hours before the scheduled and pre-selected pick-up booked time.
To and From the Airport
Our company representative has the responsibility to be at the pick-up place/ point at least 10 minutes ahead of any pick-up time booked. In case of a changed pick-up time the client is expected to and must inform us/ our company through phone as soon as possible.
In case of a flight delay, our company representative is obliged to wait (for your arrival) up to 2 hours without extra charges.
